Auditor Code of Conduct

All auditors working under the V-CERT system are bound to strict rules of neutrality, confidentiality, and fairness. The Code of Conduct ensures impartial evaluations free from bias or conflict of interest.

Complaint & Appeal Process

Applicants or clients who believe a certification decision was unjust or mishandled may file a formal appeal. Our multi-tiered process includes review, investigation, and a final written decision.

Conflict of Interest Policy

V-CERT enforces a zero-tolerance policy for undisclosed conflicts of interest among auditors, staff, and advisory personnel. All disclosures must be declared prior to engagement.

Governance Oversight (Optional)

A rotating advisory board may be appointed to review certification trends, address systemic issues, and uphold public trust. This section will be updated as the program evolves.
